These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the transportation services provided by Airporter Transfers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our website and booking platform. By booking a service, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Booking & Reservations
All bookings with Airporter Transfers are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability of your preferred vehicle category. Same-day bookings may be accepted depending on availability.
Once a booking is made through our website, phone, or email, you will receive a confirmation with trip details, vehicle type, and fare estimate. Your booking is considered confirmed once this confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to decline or modify bookings when necessary.
For special services such as weddings, events, corporate travel, or group transfers, advance notice may be required along with a deposit or service agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details including:
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Flight information (if applicable)
- Number of passengers
- Special requests (child seats, luggage, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
- More than 6 hours before pickup: Free cancellation
- Within 6 hours of pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged
- No-show: Full fare will be charged
A no-show is defined as failure to arrive at the pickup location within the allowed waiting time without prior communication.
For event bookings and large group reservations, separate cancellation terms may apply. Flight cancellations are exempt from charges if informed in a timely manner.
Payment Terms
A valid payment method is required to confirm all bookings. We accept major debit/credit cards and other available online payment methods.
- Payments are typically processed after trip completion
- Corporate clients may be offered invoicing options (e.g., monthly billing)
- Additional charges may apply for parking, waiting time, or route changes
Quoted fares may include standard charges but may exclude gratuity unless stated.
Hourly bookings may require a minimum booking duration. Additional time will be billed accordingly.
Vehicle Rules & Passenger Conduct
To maintain premium service quality, the following rules apply:
- No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited
- Food & Drinks: Light refreshments allowed; excessive mess may incur cleaning charges
- Damage or Soiling: Cleaning or damage fees may apply
- Respectful Behavior: Misconduct may result in trip termination without refund
- Seatbelts: Mandatory for all passengers
- Child Safety: Child seats available upon request
Liability
Airporter Transfers operates with fully insured vehicles and professional chauffeurs.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather disruptions
- Road closures or accidents
- Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings, although we will assist in recovery when possible.
Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the booked service.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in standard pricing and is entirely at your discretion. Passengers may tip chauffeurs directly or include it in their booking where applicable.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or civil disruptions
- Technical or infrastructure failures
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer alternative arrangements.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
